I started practicing yoga ten years ago. I studied with the Yoga Therapy and Training Centre, Newry Co. Down and received my diploma in 2002.

I am also currently studying yoga on a one to one basis  with Hanne Gillespie and have been a student of hers for five years now. .

I am also currently furthering my studies within a teacher training course with a UK based teaching School called Sadhana mala.  This is a very intensive and detailed 3 year course.  "The root text for the course will be the Yoga Sutra and this will be studied in depth as providing the philosophical and practical foundation for the application of Yoga".  Please see www.sadhanamala.com for more details.
