This module focuses on and introduces yoga postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and relaxation techniques for beginners and will improve alignment for those already practicing yoga. Some of the classical postures introduced will be Adho Mukha Savasana (Dog Head Down), Trikonasana (Triangle) and Bhujangasana (Cobra) to name but a few, these classical poses will be the core for the next two modules.
