Module II

 

In this module we will strengthen the classical postures from the previous module while introducing new postures such as Dvipada Pitham (Two foot support), Utkatasana (squat) and Parsva Uttanasana.  Throughout this 6 week course we will explore the postures more deeply working both dynamically and statically.   This will involve strengthening the existing postures and stabilising new postures. By the end of this module the student should have gained the basic knowledge required to implement a simple home practice regime if interested.


Not everyone moves directly onto module III and in fact some of the best students benefit from doing more than one course of Module I or II.  There is a goal that you wish to work towards but enjoy the journey too!  However I  will be in a position to advise you on what is best at this stage.
