Module III

 

In module III we will be focusing on working on new and more advanced asanas. We will also be concentrating on forward and backward bends and twists to strengthen and lengthen the spine, while learning more about breathing pranayama techniques and how to actively use the breath attentively in our asanas (postures).   We will also go through some mudras and learn to practice at home.
